The ET21324X series represents a new class of integrated power solutions, combining high current density, scalability, and ultra-fast transient response. Built on Endura’s proprietary Bypass Dual Duty-Cycle Control (BDDC™) and AC Regulation (ACR) technologies, these multiphase step-down switching regulators deliver exceptional performance for the most demanding AI, CPU, GPU, and ASIC applications.

Engineered to Unlock Peak Performance

The ET21324X is a 32-phase, high-efficiency step-down regulator capable of delivering up to 150A continuous and 220A instantaneous current—all within a compact 35mm² die.

Its ultra-high bandwidth enables super-fast load transient response, drastically reducing output voltage droop with minimal output capacitance.

Flexible Output Configurations

The ET21324X series can be configured for single, dual, triple, or quad outputs, allowing it to adapt to diverse system requirements. Multiple devices can also be connected in parallel to scale current capabilities even further.
